Walk Description

This Circuit provides good views along the coast with an abundance of wildflowers especially in spring. The walk follows Anglesea river and the clifftops of the surf coast walk. It also circles around the Eumeralla memorial scout camp and Anglesea heathland. The walk passes through a variety of habitats where kangaroos,wallabies, echidnas and a large variety of birds are seen.

Grade: Medium Total climbing: 220m maximum height: 110m

Booking is  required for this walk.   The Leader will confirm your acceptance on the walk, or not, via email.  The leader will organise car-pooling and provide details of where and when to meet.

What to bring:

• Day pack
• Sufficient water (2 litres, more on hot summer days)
• Lunch and snacks
• Hat, sun screen
• Suitable outdoor clothing (no jeans/sneakers!)
• Rainwear & warm jacket
• Proper walking shoes/boots

Booking Fee:
Members: free.     Non-members: $7.
Please pay the leader CASH at the start of the walk, NO credit cards.

Passengers must pay the driver their share of car-pooling costs as described on the Car-pooling page. Please bring cash for this purpose.
