Our YHA Bushwalking Victoria club is turning 85 this year!

 

We would like to invite all club members to join us in celebrating 85 incredible years of bushwalking, adventure and friendships at YHA Bushwalking Victoria’s 85th Anniversary Party!

Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Event Details

• Canape Style Food: Enjoy a delightful selection of canapés throughout the evening.
• DJ Entertainment: Groove to the beats of the house DJ, who will be spinning tunes to set the perfect party atmosphere.
• Open to Members Only: This exclusive event is a special celebration for our loyal members.
• Cost: $15 per person  

 

Note: Please note that the above fee is for food only. The total cost of the food package is $60 per person.  Members pay $15 and the club pays $45, so it is an excellent value for members.

Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar / own expenses.

Booking is required for this event.   The host will confirm your acceptance for the event, or not, via email.

Price:  $15 for members

Payment:
You need to pre-pay the event price. You can pay by Paypal. If you are not a Paypal member, you can use Paypal to pay by credit or debit card.

Cancellation:
If you need to cancel, please advise the host as soon as possible, so that someone else has the opportunity.
There will be no refunds, so please do not book unless you are fully committed to attending.
