Leaders are invited to our annual Leaders Lunch to meet and catch up with other leaders and committee members.

This is a great opportunity to share experiences, discuss future walks and raise any issues.

If you are driving, ensure you have plenty of time to find a park and make your way down to the river.

Limited free 4-hour (7am -7pm) and disabled car parking is available at the top of Fairfield Park Drive, in the car park off Heidelberg Road.

Due to a 24/7 Pop-up Bike Lane, most parking on Heidelberg Rd has been removed. There are a handful of 1-hour parks adjacent to the entrance from Heidelberg Road.

On weekends and Public Holidays, there are 150+ free, unlimited car parking spaces in the Melbourne Polytechnic campus car park between 8am-6pm. Enter from Yarrabend Road.

The nearest train station is Fairfield on the Greensborough/Hurstbridge/Eltham Line, and the 546 bus line runs regularly along Heidelberg Rd.
