Murrindindi River Walk & Wilhelmina Falls

Expired

Walk Description

Distance: 25 km approx.

Duration: 7 hours approx.

This hike follows the Murrindindi River and goes through the total length of the Murrindindi Scenic Reserve. It goes through the different type of the forest, from tall open forest to ferny forest.

We will also visit Wilhelmina Falls, that are about 75 m tall with its base viewing point being a great photo opportunity stop. The viewing platform at the top of the falls also provides excellent views of the surrounding mountain range.

The hike is relatively easy. The length of the hike (25 km approx. ) is the hard-ish part.
