Baw Baw National Park – Mt Baw Baw

Trip Overview

The Mt Baw Baw region receives good snowfall at this time of the year and has beautiful areas for snow-shoe walking. Mt Baw Baw occurs at an elevation of 1,566 m. Other high points in the area include Mt St Gwinear and Mt St Phillack, both higher than 1,500 m

For this trip, participants (who are working) will need to take leave on the Friday afternoon so that we can reach our campsite before dark. We will meet in the township of Erica and then drive to Mt Erica Carpark for the start of the walk.
