Walk Description

There will be 2 easy walks and a lunchtime BBQ at Le Page Homestead.

The plan is to do a short walk in the morning  then have a sausage sizzle. The walk is a family friendly, so walkers are welcome to bring their children under their own supervision for the walk and sausage sizzle.

We’ll be cooking the sausages on the BBQs at Le Page Homestead and if you email / message the leader in advance, then you can enjoy two gourmet sausages for $4 (payable on the day, in addition to walk fees). The club will also provide bread, sauce, onions, napkins etc. You may be waiting around for the sausages to cook, so please bring warm clothes, hats, etc

After a long lunch, we’ll be heading for a longer walk along Plenty Gorge.

If you want Chris to secure your sausages, please email christopher.marney@ericsson.com or use the enquiry button,

Please contact Chris by 1pm on Saturday  6th July at the latest and state if you’d like meat or vegetarian sausages.

Please only sign up for this walk if you intend to come on the day. We want to avoid anyone dropping out at the last minute because of the catering.

We will travel via Public Transport to this walk. Please bring your MYKI.
